I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 business days if we have your order in stock. 14-20 if your order isn't in stock, you will be notified.
Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at idealbeautywigs@yahoo.com

Can I return an item or get a refund for an item?

We have a strict no refund nor exchange policy unless the wigs are damaged or not fit to the description of the unit. If there are any issues after receiving your unit you should contact us immediately once you have a concern. WE will not accept returns after a week of receiving your unit. Straight units will come straightened but not perfect due to packaging. Curled unit will come curled but not perfect due to packaging.  All wigs are made by the company and are not premade wigs so they do take more time to customize and style the wigs.
